USA-Plasticcards.com provides professional abilities to our customers of the finished designs/layouts and supported artworks check out for your texts spelling, correction, dates, addresses, phone numbers, contents and punctuation. Each file you send to us will be viewed, securied and get your FINAL artworks approval by our employees. After we get your FINAL artworks approval and received 50% of your FINAL cost deposit then we will start processing you "Print works". We take care of each file you submitted to us and make the best results as we can to correct your contents on your text files. Therefore, we cannot responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words on artworks submitted by the customer or at time of final proof approval. Once, your files go thru Final approval processing, your files are submitted to our system and your information will be strongly secured and reviewed by us, and we will keep your files in our secured system and updated.
If you have atworks ready, please send it from Contact Us, page and browing your image files attached Jpeg or Pdf files to us.
1. Acknowledgement and Terms of Acceptance:
USA-Plasticcards.com is committed to protecting your privacy at anytime. This privacy policy sets forth on our current privacy practices with regarding to the information we collected when you use your computer interacting with our website. By accessing USA-Plasticcards.com, you acknowledge and fully understand USA-Plasticcards.com private policy and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this website privacy policy.
By using USA-Plasticcards.com, your information submit to us will be viewed by our employees ONLY. We never share or connect to any third party regarding customer's information or details that you provide to us.
All information will be highly protected and secured in our customer's database.
For any projected colors' questions, please be advised that most color monitors' resolutions are different, which means the colors on your plastic cards when printed may differ from what you see on screen. So, We suggest our customers to use our PMS color chart (Or send us your CMYK code) in order to get same color match graphic results. Plus, We use higher resolutions for your artworks, and we will take all the best efforts to solve the color matching problems and ensure the colors are the best for matching your projects. (i.e Refer to PMS colors chart, please logon Finishing and Artworks Description page 28.)
2. Participate Merchant and Artworks Processing Policies:
Once, the FINAL artworks approval have been accepted and your plastic cards order have gone to our factory production, it's not allowed and NO changes to the artwork to be remade. If we received your final artworks approval and your projects have not gone into production, Any changes can be made by sending an E-mail prior to notice us respectfully, but production time will not begin until we get the new FINAL artworks approval date.
As standard in plastic cards manufacturing, we will NOT start print works without your FINAL proof approval.
USA-Plasticcards.com will not contact our customer's information by your permission and will NOT ask your PC related systems or point of sales systems regarding magnetic stripe or bar-coding information, all barcodes, magnetic strips' information will submitted by customer ONLY before We start to processing. All Magnetic strips from our production lines will be guaranteed brand new, rewritable and compariable to your existing POS software and reader system, the numbers, alphabetic while processing will generate and random pick-up numbers by computerized or provided by customers. However, we may send you the terminal and POS software for technical support to be your reference when you need it. The material/options to be used in your projects will be the information per your option request provided to us. Pricing Quote sheet is free to send by your permission. All barcoding, magnetic stripes' options/information and final proof approvals must be submitted in a written form send to us before the processing. We make our promises NOT your information will issued to any third party after any Artwork jobs/print works. All information will be highly secured and keep in a safe place. Any complaints related to our finished works must be brought forth within 48 hours of receiving your products. We maintain the rights to judge what a "printing" error or defect made by us. And we will make everything possible to resend your order to you, there is NO cost to add if we make any mistake or error. Our production time normally takes 7-10 Business days and Free delivery to your office.

CorelDraw (* cdr.), Photoshop (layouts * psd.), Illustrator (* AI.) files to us.
3. Payments and Services Charge:
We charge our customers a flat rate $100 for custom designed artworks by our graphic staffs. This service charge will help us to design the best plastic cards possible with the best graphics. The minimum charge for this service is prepaid $100, which includes 2 revisions at no additional charge. (Subsequent revisions will be charged at $25 per revision).
Pay With
≈ California's Business please pay additional 9.25% Sales Tax to Final Cost. Payments by credit cards will charge 3% from your Final Cost.
If your projects gone to final approval, the project's payments must be received within 50% deposit before we start your print works. Payments are subjected to non-refundable and Artworks cannot change if we start the print works/projects go thru factory production! Lead time will send to you via email and will be counting after your artworks get approval. You must further understand these processing and follow these policies, thanks for participating in the business.
4. Shipping Procedure and Merchandise Return Policy:
All Blank PVC cards, Magnetic cards, Blank IC cards, Ribbons and all Softwares sales are FINAL and cannot return or cancel to us if it has shipped out from our warehouse. You may try our Software with Free Trial versions before placing your orders, other Accessories or ID Printers must keep in unopen, sealed condition and received our RMA numbers from USA-Plasticcards.com by E-Mail before you return the item back to us, Returned items may charge 20% restocking fees on your bill.
Returned merchandises must received our RMA numbers by E-mail before you send back to us. however, from the Business relationship with our customers, We guaranteed all items are Brand new and packed from our warehouse. You have to read our policy carefully then place your orders!!, If your orders are placing before 3:30 PM (PST), We will send/shipping out your orders at same day. Shipping time estimated 3-4 days by ground delivery to your locations.
We take online orders very seriously, your billing and shipping address must be same location when you placing your orders thru our online credit card payment system. If We found these addresses are not match your credit card provided/submitted thru our system then your orders will not to processing. Further, if We found there has any fraud activity on your credit cards then We will report to Policy Department immediately. Thanks for your understanding!
