Main factory is located in Guangzhou city, Southern China; our factory facility was start in 1998 Guangzhou city, China and staffs are around 120 technicians and workers working in a 20,000 ft facility. The Environment:
Our printing process is a simply polymerization processing catalyzed by high frequency light and Litho printing. The processing in our plant is clean and safe, there is no emission, no waste and almost zero scrap, (except when the customer goes through with it). The amount of scraps is small when compared to the millions of tons of plastic scraps that are thrown away in the form of milk bottles and excess packaging. We use ozone free UV light bulbs and clean up is handled with an orange peel extract. In addition, the negligible amount of waste pigment is stored and disposed of as non-hazardous waste according to the standard of EPA requirements. USA-Plasticcards.com will contionuly join the Globe Platform and following the " Go Green and Environmental Friendly" issues to protect our Environment and our manufacturing processing as well.
